   Good service with very friendly doctor and staffs. Dr Ng took the time to explain every procedure clearly, including the equipment used during the body check-up. Especially during my first Pap smear, she patiently guided me through each step, which helped ease my anxiety and made the experience comfortable.
Dr Ng did not push unnecessary packages or examinations. She listened carefully to our lifestyle, concerns and expectations before recommending the most suitable options. After the check-up, she explained the results in great detail and even provided a clear summary of our body condition, including what to prioritise and what supplements to take. This made it much easier for us to focus on understanding the report without worrying about taking notes ourself.

   This was my first time doing a health screening outside of a hospital setting, and I was genuinely impressed. The process started with a pre-test consultation where the doctor took the time to understand my health background and recommend only the tests I actually needed. It felt a lot more personalized compared to the usual hospital packages, which can be pretty generic and often chosen based on budget rather than what’s truly relevant.
